At Burnett Farm Toys, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
